The principal of Apex Consultancy & Developments has had extensive experience in preparing expert witness reports and giving testimony in court in relation to the presence of building defects, standards, and tolerances. Our principal will inspect the site and prepare a detailed report which can assist with legal disputes. We are also able (if required) to attend the alternative dispute resolution process or the court hearing to provide evidence to support the findings in the report.
