A Building Inspection is a great way to get an overall idea as to what condition the structure is in when comparing it to similar structures of similar age, type and construction. When performing a building inspection we rely upon our wealth of building experience to help identify the smallest indicator that a problem exists. Our reports will comment on structural damage, conditions conducive to structural damage, as well as any defect in the condition of secondary and finishing elements to the property.

Apex Consultancy & Developments will provide you with a building inspection report that will contain a description of the property and the materials used in the construction of the building. The report will also contain photographs of defects and areas of concern that the inspector has identified during the building inspection. Where possible our building inspector will indicate what’s involved to rectify the noted defects in both time and money . The report will also highlight any areas that our building inspector was unable to access on the day of the property inspection.

Each building inspection is carried out in accordance with Australian Standards. The building inspection report is digital and will emailed as a PDF within 24 hours of the building inspection.
